What happens next?

The referral therapist will take your details and briefly discuss with you how you might be helped, whether through individual therapy, couple therapy, or as a member of a therapeutic group.

You will be referred either for consultation or straight to an appropriate therapist, after taking into account, times available, locality, and fees.
