About
the Inner City Centre
 The
ICC is a Registered Charity, and depends on financial support from both
voluntary, statutory organisations, and from private individuals
 The
ICC was established in 1985, and aims to provide a psychotherapy and
counselling service to Londoners. We endeavour to make our service accessible
to the widest number of people as possible.
 ICC
projects include the Cripplegate Project, a psychotherapy service to
the Long Lane GP clinic. This has been in place since 1987. The ICC
also assesses for the British Performing Arts Medical Trust.
 Many
ICC psychotherapists are qualified and experienced in providing supervision.
 All
ICC therapists are registered with the BCP [British Confederation of
Psychotherapists] or the UKCP [United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy]
 We
adhere to the ICC Ethical Code and best practice guidelines.
 The
ICC operates an equal opportunities policy relating to gender, age,
ethnicity, social class, and sexuality.
 Members
of the ICC are committed to setting fair and affordable fees. These
are individually negotiated between the therapist and the patient, taking
into account the cost of the service, and what can reasonably be afforded.
